We are requesting that you consider our NPDES monitoring to consist of only the effluent sampling and for us to cease taking upstream and downstream samples based upon our plant performance. Attached is two years worth of data showing our effluent turbidities. The turbidities are consistently below 50 ntus. If we somehow exceed 50 mus as per our conversation we would report the incident as a violation. Thank you for consideration on modifying our permit. If you have any questions you can contact me by calling (704)-399-2426 Extension 222.
