inspection Summary:
On 7/17/2024 staff with the Fayetteville Regional Office inspected the above site for compliance evaluation with the
conditions of the No Exposure Certification. During the inspection staff met with Keith Young, Operations Maintenance
Coordinator. During the inspection the following items were noted.:
1. Biosolids bar-screened material was noted accumulating outside of the containment area at the headworks. Please review
the preventative maintenance and good housekeeping procedures to reduce or eliminate waste exposure.
2. Recommendeded that drains near the biosolids loading area be more clearly identified to reduce potential of mishandling
of spilled biosolids.
