Cowford MY2 Credit Release Site Visit Summary

Good afternoon, attached is the summary of the May 22 Cowford credit release site visit. As a reminder, RES was requested to report early 2024 GW gauge data in the summary to see if
the wetlands were showing indications of improved hydrology, and if not, then wetland credits for MY2 would be withheld. Based on the data presented, DMS has updated our credit ledger
to reflect no release of MY2 wetland credit. Please let me know if you have any comments or additions.
