8. PROJECT SUMMARY:
Watersedge Holdings LLC is proposing to add 2 new piers with observation platforms. The
piers will be located at 350 and 346 Watersedge Dr, Emerald Isle.
9. NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION:
Watersedge Holdings LLC is proposing to add 2 new piers with observation platforms and no
slips. The piers will be located at 350 and 346 Watersedge Dr, Emerald Isle.
10. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The pier located at 350 Watersedge Dr will be a T shape 4'xl20' with a 16'xl6' platform at the
end and a Tx8' platform on the side of the accessway. There will be no slips. The pier located
at 346 Watersedge Dr will be a T shape 4'x112' with a 16'x16' platform at the end and a 4'x8'
platform on the side of the accessway. There will be no slips. These piers will be starting from
the existing bulkhead and go over existing living shorelines.
11. ANTICIPATED IMPACTS:
The is will be in ORW and bring the total amount of piers at Watersedge to 23. However there
will not be any more slips added. There was no SAV found. At the location of the proposed piers
there was also no coastal wetlands present.
