Inspection Summary:
On July 10, 2024, this facility was inspected for compliance.We met with Heath Petree on site.
During the inspection, the following items were noted:
1. The SWPPP was found to be incomplete, lacking appropriately certified non-stormwater discharge evaluation and current
list of spills (notation that no spills have occurred).
2. Biosolids material was observed spilling outside containment structure. Review preventative maintenance and good
housekeeping practices and implement as necessary.
3.Haul road adjacent to biosolids storage area displayed several indicators of potential wastewater leak (visual and odor).
Analyze and address appropriately.
