The permit data for this facility in BIMS shows the Fee Category as "No Fee" under the Billing screen. That is incorrect, it
is a valid permit for a single family residence. Another problem is that this billing screen lists Tina Herring as the Billing
Contact.That also needs to be changed as she was the former owner. I spoke to Ms. Everhart and she confirmed that
she and her husband, Gary Everhart own the home. She went further to state that they normally are there on weekends
and live in Thomasville during the week. Please advise if there are any questions on this facility.
