Mike—I'm sending this to you because I don't know if the counties have been reassigned yet, or to whom. Please
forward it to the right person.
Gary Everhart, owner of NCG550164, had some repairs done to his septic system. Since he wasn't changing anything, I
told him he could proceed without an AtC. Replacement of existing components never required an AtC, so long as no
change in treatment capacity or method occurred.
I had him send me documentation of the work done. Here's copy for the WSRO files.
