The PPA samples were collected on December 74h, 2023. Final results were obtained from the certified laboratory on Wednesday January 31d,2024. Attached is the form from NCIDEQ vuebsite and a copy of the repast from Meritech Environmental Laboratories that performed sample testing for the PPA Scan.
