following reason:
B1. This permittee does not match the permittee that the letter of approval/grading permit is addressed
to.
You now have Chris Chadwick listed as the responsible entity on the FRO form, NOI Certification Form,
and Tab B1 but Carteret County Beaufort Airport Authority listed as the responsible entity on Tab E and
the approval letter. This usually happens when the issuer of the E&SC approval receives a different FRO
form than the one being attached to the NCG01 application, which prompts them to address the
project's letter of approval to a different entity than the one shown on the FRO form uploaded to Tab D6.
So, if Chris Chadwick is financially responsible for the project's land -disturbance, the approval letter will
need to be revised so that it is addressed to him instead of Carteret County Beaufort Airport Authority
and then Tab E's responsible entity block will need to say Chris Chadwick instead of Carteret County
Beaufort Airport Authority.
B8. When an individual is listed on B1, "individual" should be selected for B8.
