Hello again,
Questions foryou both on the Foxcroft SD/Markland Rd project in Davie. I have concerns that there are
several streams that are within the lots and those may be impacted once the lots are developed by roads
and by individual homeowners. It does say there are stream easements of 50' but in your experience, are
those protected once the project is sold for individual lots?
It also sounds like other permits are likely needed to access the individual lots - would that be
cumulative even if those lots are sold later?
Otherwise, I don't have any specific species concerns
