Neill's Seafood, Inc. 508 North Road Street Columbia, NC 27925 252-796-0795 252-796-1348 fax April 27, 2006 Dear Ms. Rodriquez: This is regarding the NPDES Permit for Capt. Neill's Seafood, Inc. in Columbia, North Carolina. I have enclosed three maps. One is a close up of the plant. One is a map where you can see the vicinity of the Albermarle Sound. The other is a map of Columbia, I labeled the roads so that you can have a better idea of where the plant is located. I sent another copy of the first map that I drew because it shows the outfalls. This plant has been in operation for 25 years with the same outfalls. It has been a fish house and a fish filleting plant. During the times it operated it used the same outfalls. That emptied into the ditch behind the plant and then into the Albermarle Sound from there. The wastewater that empties from the plant is only tap water. The plant cannot be hooked up to a sewer line because it does not run by the plant. The closest sewer line is about 6 miles away in town. We cannot do drip irrigation because we only own a small property. If there are any more questions or more information that you need please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank You Tara Carawan Phillip Carawan April 27, 2006 Capt. Neill's Seafood, Inc. 508 North Road Street Columbia, NC 27925 252-796-0795 252-796-1348 fax Daily Operations of Plant 1.
