RE: Contractors under contract with the UST Section
This letter is to provide additional identification of the contractor requesting access to
conduct work in accordance with an assessment and remedial contract for cleanup of
leaking underground petroleum tanks. The contractor should be from one of four
companies, ATC Associates of NC, Withers Ravenel, Inc., ESP Associates, or Catlin
Engineers & Scientist. The contract numbers are N7052213, N70522C, N70522D, and
N70522A respectively. The contractor should be wearing clothing with one of the
company names, driving a vehicle with the company name, and/or have a company
issued identification card.
