0 Good afternoon All,
In accordance with the attached General Certification #4497 (GC 4497), the impacts described in
your CAMA modification do not require written authorization to utilize GC 4497. However, you are
required to follow the conditions listed in the attached certification.
If the conditions of the attached general water quality certification cannot be met or the project scope
changes so that the thresholds listed are exceeded, additional review will be required by the Division
of Water Resources and an Individual Water Certification may be required. The approval does not
alleviate the need to comply with any other federal, state and local requirements before proceeding
with your project.
The Division of Water resources has assigned the project#20050240v3. Any future DWR
correspondence should reference this project number.
