Comment: Pemrit is effective Feb 01, 2024. During past/recent permit cycle the facility upgrded
to EZ treat system for domestic waste water. Accordingly, their 51 GPM floating lagoon
decant pump has been removed. Also, they removed the solids from the lagoon and it
is no longer in use.
