Mountain Inv., LLC and the legally responsible person should be Bill Hester. Either have Bill Hester sign
the NOT Certification Form and submit the eNOT, or a delegated individual from the York Road Kings
Mountain Inv., LLC to print their name and title on the "Print Name and Title of Signed if Authorized" line
of the NOT Certification Form, sign the form using an original wet signature, and upload the updated NOT
Certification form.
