FINAL INSPECTION COMMENTS
Project is completed,stable and the erosion measures removed. Sand filter passed the field inspection and allowed to secure the
required two-year maintenance bond. Please ensure that the BMP is monitored and maintained per the PC019 and the additional notes
on the as-built survey. Owner has opted for bare sand on sand filter#1 and 2,this will require additional maintenance of periodic raking
to ensure porosity. Please call for maintenance from your SCM contractor if you observe standing water in the basin >3-5 days post rain.
Current SCM maintenance by North American Lawn and Landscape.Owner annual compliance inspections will be due each year+/-45
days of the as-built approval letter.
