Are you OK with this system closure and permit rescission? I am got an inquiry. They do
not want to incur additional annual fees for this, if possible, as it has been inoperational
for years and now removed, closed, and abandoned.

Attached is the CR for the above site. Everything looks OK to me but I have a question on the remaining pipe
sticking out of the holes in the photos where the infiltration gallery was. If you have any let me know and I will
