Thanks for the note. We have been actively coordinating a few adjustments to the design with the City
team in efforts to work towards addressing the comments & concepts discussed on our call following
receiving the formal comments back. The City is reviewing an exhibit that we've sent them as we speak
and will have updated information to you promptly after working through a solution with the City team.

copy of your response to May 13, 2024, letter from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
requesting additional information. This application will remain on hold until DWR's #2
request and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers request has been addressed. [15A NCAC 02H

DWR has completed an initial review of the above noted application and requires
additional information to continue our review. Please provide the following information
within 30 days of this email. Please note that the application will be considered "on
hold" until receipt of all the requested information.
1. Please provide proof of ownership of the property. The submitted documents did
not contain proof of ownership of the property. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(g)]
2. On C402 and C403 the stream impacts are all labeled as "Impact # - S2". On page
6 of 10 in the ePCN application, the stream impact names do not match C402 and
C403. For DWR's permanent records, please update the naming on the site maps
of C402 and C403. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(2)]
