Norris called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM Quorum A quorum was established with the attendance of: - Mari Noifeld - Shantell Wallace - Nicole Robinson - Wesley Stiltner Approval of Minutes Approved February 10, 2023 Guest Sheri Fincher, RS Fincher President's Report • The board voted place each member into a board position. • Vote: Justin Norris—President 4/1 Mari—Vice President 4/1 Shantell—Treasure 4/1 Nicole—Secretary 4/1 Westley—Member at Large 4/1 • Cedars account investment to bring additional funds into the community was discussed and voted on with a vote of 3/2 in favor. This will be a 1-year investment of$50,000 from reserves and all interests gained will go back into the reserve account. This is a no risk investment similar to a CD. 3.6054%APR • It was agreed to request a quote from our current general contractor to mulch the walkway, mailbox and front common area. Pending response. • The Pond's present condition was approved by the state. The board has questioned this decision and we are pending proof of the approval. Once this is returned the board will discuss having it privately inspected again to confirm the statements of the state or to continue to protest and request a resolution. • Dog abuse was reported on Mineral Springs. All instances of this is to be reported to Harnett County and or the SPCA. The board will publish this for the community. Treasurer's Report • The Financial Report for June was presented.
