Mr. Boss,

This letter is in response to your 5-10-24 letter to Nourse Farms NC, attached.

The system is under new ownership and only recently have started to grow plants again
in the green house.

The new owners are making sure grease is removed from influent and greenhouse waste
is not entering the system.

The ammonia results improved in March with a 1.2 mg/L over the 1.0 mg/L limit. Our
preliminary May result is compliant. We hope this continues and will do everything
possible to be in full compliance.
