Lewisville-Clemmons Road Exit (NCSR 1103) . Turn left (south
on Lewisville-Clemmons Road (NCSR 1130) and proceed 0 . 9
miles to Kenbridge Road (NCSR 1293) . Turn right on
Kenbridge Road (NCSR 1293) and proceed 0 .4 mile to Landover
Drive (NCSR 3554 ) . Turn right and proceed to its end at
Cul-De-Sac. The site is located on the right.

located approximately 300 ' southwest, upslope and downstream
of the proposed discharge point.

downstream uses :This area can best be described as
rural residential . There are several private home dischargers
along this creek.

Existing: 900 gallon septic tank, followed by a 391 square
foot subsurface sand filter; followed by a disinfection
system with 30 minute detention.

Sludge is pumped by a licensed septic tank hauler and taken
to the nearest WWTP for disposal .

PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The system appeared to be operating well . No odor was
detectable. The creek looked normal . WSRO recommends the permit
be reissued.
