Turn left, the site is approximately 150 feet on the left. 6 . Discharge Point(s) - List for all discharge points Latitude: 36° 09 ' 35" Longitude: 80° 03 ' 56" Attach a USGS Map Extract and indicated treatment plant site and discharge point on map. USGS Quad No. C18NE or USGS Quad Name Belews Creek. 7 . Size ( land available for expansion and upgrading) : Residence isseated on approximately 1/2 acre of land. There is very little room available for expansion. 8 . Topography (relationship to flood plain included) : The lot slopes toward the west at approximately 10% . 9 .
