Directions to Site: From the intersection of Vance Road, ( SR 2014 ) and Piney Grove Road (SR 1969 ) north of Kernersville, N.C. proceed approximately 0 .47 miles northwest along Vance Road to the Cedar Creek Subdivision sign. Turn left. The residence is the third house on the left. 6 . Discharge Point - Latitude: 363 09 ' 35" Longitude: 803 08 ' 56" Attach a USGS Map Extract and indicated treatment plant site and discharge point on map. USGS Quad No. C18NE or USGS Quad Name Belews Creek 7 . Size ( land available for expansion and upgrading) : The size of the land is approximately 1/2 acre; therefore, not much is available for expansion or upgrading 8 . Topography (relationship to flood plain included) : The land slopes toward the west at 10% . It was previously farm land. 9 .
