(revised Section VI, 11 this submittal) - Please provide the drainage area page of the Supplement-EZ Form. This item is required per Sections V&VI,3 of the Application Form. NOTE:The entire site column on this page of the form is an accounting of the entire project area &all of the BUA located within the project area (whether or not it drains to an SCM) and the drainage area column is an accounting of all of the area draining to the SCM (whether it is located on-site or off-site). Please find attached the drainage area page of the Supplement-EZ that was left out of the original submission. (revised this submittal) - In accordance with 15A NCAC 02H .1003(3)(b), off-site areas draining to an SCM must be accounted for at their full build-out potential. This can be determined by having the off-site property owner and the applicant enter into a legal agreement limiting the amount of off- site BUA and off-site area draining to the SCM or by assuming that the off-site area is 100% BUA(its full build-out potential). Design was revised to have all off-site water bypass SCM1. This resulted in area, storage, and outfall sizing calculation changes. Changes are noted with revision clouds. - If you are using Runoff Volume Matching to meet treatment requirements, please provide calculations showing the annual runoff volume (ARV)from the site in existing conditions and the annual runoff volume from the site in proposed conditions. Submittal revised to reflect the use of Runoff Treatment. The Runoff Treatment option is more appropriate due to the high density of the project and the use of a constructed wetland. The NRCS Curve Number Method was used to calculate both attenuation and treatment volumes required.
