Holdings LLC and the legally responsible person should be Austin Groves. Either have Austin Groves sign
the NOT Certification Form and submit the eNOT, or a delegated individual from the GGW Flex Holdings
LLC to print their name and title on the "Print Name and Title of Signed if Authorized" line of the NOT
Certification Form, sign the form using an original wet signature, and upload the updated NOT
Certification form.
NOT certification form needs to be sign with an original wet signature. No digital/computer generated
signatures are accepted.
