On May 2nd, 2024, Ron Boone, of the Winston-Salem Regional Office of the NC Division of Water
Resources, conducted a compliance evaluation inspection of the Halyard North Carolina, LLC,
Lexington Facility, located at 389 Clyde Fitzgerald Rd in Linwood, NC. The assistance and cooperation
of Jordan Rummage during the inspection was greatly appreciated. The inspection findings are
