Dear Ray MacMahan,
Our office is finalizing the above referenced grading permit. The finance department has been notified to return the
erosion control surety,a Land Improvement Bond original copy for$2,100.00 to you.
Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional self-monitoring or self-
inspections are required. Project is released. Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for
Construction Activities should be requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination.

under and by virtue of thelaws of the State of Wisconsin and authorized to dobusiness in the State-of Wirth
Carolina as Surety,we are held and firmly bound unto Guilford County,in the penal sum of$2,100.00 dollars for
the payment of which,well,are truly made,we firmly bind ourselves,and each of ourheirs,eXecutors,
administrators,and assigns,jointly and severally by these presents.
Whereas,the Principal has submitted a Grading/Erosion Control Plan,as required by Guilford County's Soil Erosion
and Sedimentation Control Ordinance,entitled Ray's Southern Auto Auction a copy of which is by reference made
apart hereof;
The condition of this obligation is such that if the Principal shall well and truly do and perform the Erosion Control
measures in Ray's Southern Auto Auction as required In the Guilford County Code of Ordinances and the Grading
Permit issuethereunder,and shall fully stabilize the site at completion,this obligation shall be void,otherwise to
remain in fuliforce and effect.
