I don't understand comments #2 and #6. You are asking to remove stormwater from wastewater description and in the
same sentence you state that "wastewater ..... contains stormwater". This is a contradictory statement. In addition, it is
impossible to separate stormwater from wastewater when you are discharging from such a large coal -ash basin. There
will always be some stormwater present.
