The plant had 2- daily exceedances for fecal this month. Following notification of the violations, flow was routed to the upset pond until a compliant result was received from additional samples. The plant took
delivery of and has installed several new UV bulbs, and increased use of chlorine sticks in upstream componants of the plant. Staff has also been advised to be aware of plant maintnenance activities prior to
collecting samples and to be sure proper sample collction procedures are being followed. The Wilmington Regional office was notified of the violations. All other parameters was compliant for the month.
