Yes sir,we can arrange the file to be scanned at you or your client's expense.The cost for scanning is$35/inch.We
usually have the file ready for scanning in 3-5 business days.

From there we drop the file off to be scanned at All Ways Graphics(copy shop) and they integrate it into their
schedule. It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for them to finish the scans.
I am teleworking today so I cannot confirm the estimated price of the file, but I can let you know tomorrow when I
return if this is an option you would like to pursue.

site plans,and other supporting documentation. The two options for accessing the file include scheduling a time
to make the file available for review here in the office and/or arranging to have the file scanned at your
expense.The cost to scan the entire file depends on how big the file is($35/inch of file thickness). The file review
area includes a copier/scanner available for your use.You can bring a USB drive for scanning, use the email
feature on the copier to send the scans directly to your email, or you can bring a check to pay for any paper copies.
If the total number of copies exceeds 100 pages(or$5), each paper copy is$0.05,payable by check only. Please

The expiration date is 8/19/2024,that is correct. Renewal applications are due 180 days prior to their expiration per 15A
NCAC 2H.1045(3),so that would put the application needing to be submitted by mid-February. We send out these letters
to remind permittees of the upcoming date so that they may take the preparations needed to submit the applications on
time.
If additional time is needed to complete the renewal,that can be granted. We just ask for communication and updates
on the status of the renewal application.

Post-Construction Stormwater Management Permit SW8160612 for the subject project expires on August 19th,
2024. This is a reminder that permit renewal applications are due 180 days prior to their expiration per 15A
NCAC 2H.1045(3).North Carolina General Statutes and the Coastal Stormwater rules require that this property
be covered under a stormwater permit.Failure to maintain a permit subjects the owner to assessment of civil
penalties.More information about the Post-Construction State Stormwater Program can be found on the following
website: deq.nc.gov/SW
Please submit a complete permit renewal form along with a$750.00 fee and other submittal requirements within
30 days.The permit renewal form can be found under the Post-Construction section of this website or at:

construction-2. Also, it was noted in the file review that a designer's certification that the project was
