Hi Tom,
I hope this finds you well! Please find attached NCGTP's FY23 Annual Report, a condition of the existing 404/401
permit. After reviewing, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out.
In addition to this report, we also wanted to follow-up on the last email regarding the transfer of mitigation credits to
NCDOT's UMBI. Could you please advise as to next steps that need to be taken so that we could finalize the
process as soon as possible? I will be happy to assist you in any way and/or provide any information that is
needed.
