Inspection Summary:
Kathryn Peterson completed an inspection of Erdle Perforating on Thursday, April 11, 2024 in responce to a no exposure
request from the facility. Scott Duncan is the site contact(704)840-1901 [e-mail]. There was one open
top dumpster on site, as well as old equipment sitting outside that needs to be taken care of before this no exposure can be
granted. A follow up email was sent to Mr. Duncan, and he will let us know when they are ready to be inspected again once
the issues are resolved.
