Good morning, Harry,

A review of the application and supporting documents for the subject application has been
completed in accordance with 15A NCAC 02T .0107. Please provide the additional or revised
information for the following comments, for the ARO to complete the review: 
1. The application notes that the Town of Burnsville is the owner of the downstream wastewater
treatment facility for this project. The submitted Flow Tracking for Sewer Extensions (FTSE) is
signed by Yancey County. Please submit a new FTSE, which needs to be signed by the
authorized representative for the Town of Burnsville, per 15A NCAC 02T .0304(g).
2. Section IV.4 of the application indicates multiple sources of wastewater, but Section IV.7 only
indicates 70 “residential” units. Please summarize the flows under Section VI.7 based on the
different establishment types per 15A NCAC 02T.0114(f) and submit a revised page 2 of the
application.

Please note that digital copies of the items requested are preferred, hardcopies are not required. A
response to the above comments is considered required to proceed with the review of the
application and issuance of the permit. If a complete response is not received within 30 days, the
application and supporting documents will be returned to you in accordance with 15A NCAC
02T.0107(e)(2).
