This letter is in response to NOV-2024-LV-0437 letter dated 5-23-24 to Tweetsie
Railroad attached.
Per your letter the results for TSS on 3-13-24 exceeded the daily maximum limit of 15
mg/L with a 22.5 mg/L
The operator noted a clogged sludge return may have caused the elevated TSS level. The
return was repaired, and subsequent results were compliant.
