The correction to the subject permit is as follows: 1. The Division has corrected the Approved Mineralization Rate in Attachment A for the Town of Sparta WWTP to 0.3. Please replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0006242 issued on November 17, 2020, with the enclosed corrected Attachment A. Analyses to demonstrate that residuals are non-hazardous (i.e., TCLP, ignitability, reactivity, and corrosivity) as stipulated under permit Condition IV.2. 3. Testing of metals and nutrients as stipulated under permit Condition IV.3. 4. Analyses of pathogen and vector attraction reductions as stipulated under permit Condition IV.4. 5. Monitoring frequencies are based on the actual dry tons applied per year using the table below, unless specified above . Those required to submit the annual report to United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) may be required to make up the missed sampling. Contact the US EPA for additional information.
