This email is to notify you that your application for Elizabeth City State University Infrastructure Upgrades was not
accepted for the following reason:
B1. Your letter of approval needs to be addressed to the responsible entity. It's currently addressed to the responsible
person and the responsible entity is omitted from the letter. This normally occurs when a different FRO form is
submitted to the regional office that is issuing the letter. You will need to provide the Washington Regional Office with
the FRO form showing Elizabeth State University as the responsible entity so that your letter can be revised to show the
responsible entity.
Once the letter is revised please be sure to double check that the date of the letter still matches Tab D1.
Please submit a new NOL To auto -populate the new NOI, select'Yes' for the first question & enter NOI number 201384.
