FINAL INSPECTION COMMENTS
Project is completed,stable and the erosion measures removed along McCord Rd. NCDOT has signed off on the road construction. The
sediment basin maintenance is being transferred to the McCord Road SITE permit. 3rd party inspections and maintenance should
continue until the McCord Rd. industrial site is completed or the basin is converted to the final SCM and as-builts are approved.
Inspections by the Town will continue for the basin and be sent to the FRO for the site permit. McCord Rd Industrial NCG01 permit
(NCC223421)should remain OPEN until that project is completed.
