The site entrance is located along Northbrook Drive. The site is currently vacant and wooded with a small portion that is a meadow. There is an existing drainage ditch on the southern portion of the site that will not be impacted. There will be no proposed impact to the streams or wetlands as none are present onsite. The site generally drains to the south. Stormwater and runoff generally drains towards the south to an existing channel.
