On May 3, 2024, Gary Hudson, of this office, met with you, Operator in Responsible
Charge (ORC), to perform a Compliance Evaluation Inspection at the Hamby Creek
Wastewater Treatment plant. This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -
office file review and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA
inspection form details the areas that were evaluated during this inspection.
