and proceed 0 . 5 miles to NCSR 1145 (Holder Rd. ) Turn left
and continue 1. 2 miles to the end of 1145 (Holder Rd. ) . The
dwelling is located approximately 1000 feet back from the
road.

The site is approximately 20 acres. There is ample space
for expansion and upgrading.
8 . Topography (relationship to flood plain included) :
Slopes at the site are generally to the east toward Muddy
Creek at 2-10%.

9 . Location of nearest dwelling: Approximately 800 feet
upslope and upstream to the west southwest from the
discharge point.
10. Receiving stream or affected surface waters: Tributary to
Muddy Creek

downstream uses: The area is rural residential. Muddy
meanders in a wide
floodplain area and junctions

Archie Elledge WWTP discharges into Salem Creek
approximately 2- 1/2 miles upstream of the confluence of
Muddy and Salem Creek.

system consisting of the following: A 950 gallon capacity
septic tank, 261 square feet of sub-surface sand filter with
a 4-inch solid non-flexible outfall line.

necessary, sludge will be pumped from the system by a
licensed septic tank contractor and taken to the nearest
municipal WWTP for disposal.
