Submit an approvable sedimentation and erosion control plan, including ❑ I. No additional self-monitoring or self-inspections are required. Project is released and coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities is terminated. For projects permitted after April 1, 2019: Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional self-inspection or monitoring is required,and the project is released. If this project has a Certificate of Coverage(COC)under the NCG01 permit,then complete the electronic Notice of Termination(eNOT)form at deq.nc.gov/NCG01.
