The report summarizes the findings of a recent inspection of the i project's stormwater controls conducted on September 15, 2003 to determine compliance with Stormwater Permit Number SW8 900230 issued on March 16, 1990. A summary of the findings and comments are noted under Section 4 of the report. l Please inform this Office in writing before October 15, 2003, of the specific actions that will be undertaken and the time frame required to correct the deficiencies. Inspection Date: September 12, 2003 Weather.Conditions: Warm, partly cloudy 3. Compliance Issues: Y N (7�❑ Vegetated slopes are no steeper than 3:1. ❑ ® The required deed restrictions are correctly recorded and submitted. Q ❑ The number of lots is per the permitted amount. ❑ ® The built-upon area on the lots does not appear to exceed the maximum amount (must be verified via as-built survey if in question) ❑ The road, cul-de-sac, parking lot and sidewalk widths are per the approved plan. [c ❑ For low density projects, roadside swales are 3:1, vegetated and stable. �j ❑ For low density projects, there are.no unpermitted pipes on the project. 4. Required Actions: (Each deficiency is explained and what needs to be done to bring the system back into compliance) A copy of the recorded deed restrictions has not been submitted. Several homes in the subdivision appear to be well over the allotted BUA limit. Unless the deed restrictions were recorded prior to the sale of the first lot, you will be held responsible for bringing the project into compliance. If the restrictions were recorded before the first lot was sold, each individual homeowner will be held responsible for demonstrating compliance with the built-upon area limits described in the deed restrictions we approved. A copy of the approved restrictions and the Certification of Compliance are attached for your convenience.
