submittal for the subject project on June 24, 1988 . Based on our

for Lots 33 and 34 , or 2500 square feet for lots 32 and 35 , and the
total built-upon area equals 1700 square feet. Therefore, I

the above-mentioned restriction which is within the maximum allowed
