Observations of this site:
1.three tanks were in stages of welding and construction without roofs installed
2. all other areas within the site have been filled with sand
3.the infiltration basins are staked off, but not yet constructed/connected.
It is recommended that temporary stormwater measures be utilized prior to connection of the infiltration basins to treat any
stormwater from the site.
It was noted with the site superintendent to contact DWQ prior to connection of the infiltration basins for a site visit.
