A preliminary review of that information has determined that the application is not complete. the following information is needed 10 continue the stormwater review: I . Delineate all wetlands on site, disturbed or undisturhed, or note on the plans that none exist. 2. } If First Street is proposed to be built as a part of this development, the runofffrom its built-upon area Most he collected and treated. please revise the application as needed. i. . Please specify the wetland species vegetation to be planted on the 6:1 shelf. 4. Provide a 1:1 L.:'A/ flow path ratio in the pond. 5. please provide a dimension plan with the sweet, parking, buildings, sidewalks, and permanent pool dimensions shown. 6. There appears to be the possibility ofoffsitcrunoffCrom the westonto this project. please verify and either provide a way for this runoff to bypass the system, or account for it at the Full build-out potential. 7. please delineate the drainage area to the pond, including First Street and the other offsite area. S. The torebay volume has been left blank on the supplement 'file calculations on page 2 appear to be for another pond because the surface areas used are much larger than what this pond proposes. 9. The lorcbay volume is supposed to be as close to MIX, of the permanent pool volume as possible. This forebav is only 2' deep ( bottom at I I and top of weir at 1 )). The volume provided within that 2' is only 1,597 cubic feet. 10. The 1 .5" orifice specified is too large. please check the orifice shin,, calculations. They, too, appun to he for another pond, because the ilowratesfor the 2 and 5 day drawdowll are much too low. please revise plans as needed and submit 2 copies. 127 Cardinal D,.
