I have received your documents. In further review of this project, the following information is still lacking from your application:

1.
There needs to be a recent, accurate survey of the property with the pool schematic and general area shown.
2.
The project description, purpose, and details section of your application has no detail at all. "pool in 50 foot buffer" will not suffice. Please revise.
3.
Where prompted to choose a protected water basin, you put "No" and then checked Catawba. This IS a protected river basin. Please revise.
4.
You have not detailed any methods or measures to avoid or minimize your impacts. If you are proposing to impact the buffer and have it approved, you will need to detail how you are trying
to minimize the impacts.
5.
This office will need better images of the property with proposed area for the pool.
6.
The impact square footage is not correct. You mention only impacting Zone 2 of the Buffer (which is only 20 feet) however your impacts show that you are impacting 35 feet? Please reflect
the exact square footage and zones you are proposing to impact with this application.

This project will remain on HOLD until we are in receipt of the above mentioned information.
