i. Ksat Nest #1 readings have not reached steady state.
ii. Ksat Nest #2 and Ksat Nest #3 has insufficient readings to determine steady state.
iii. The data for Ksat Nest #1 is reported differently than Ksat Nest #2 and #3.
Please verify and provide consistent data for all nests to establish steady state.
b. Please provide a peer-reviewed published methodology that you use to conduct your Ksat tests
and how you have incorporated it into your assessments. The State does not have a published
methodology since there are peer-reviewed published scientific methods available. The DWR
expects the Ksat tests to be conducted in accordance with these peer-reviewed published
methodologies.
