In January 2006 this woman called and said the"state people ran over her septic line . She didn't want to renew
her Coe. I forwarded this info to the MRO.
You inspected her site on 4/12/2006. There's nothing in the BIMS inspection data that suggests her system was
damaged/destroyed. At that time, she agreed to renew the CoC.
She never sent a renewal application. The CoC expired in 2007. She hasn't paid any annual fees in 5 years.
How does the MR.0 want to handle this one?

Michelle White [holder of the CoC] called Fran McPherson to protest the annual fee. She said the "state
people ran over her septic line" and that she shouldn't have to pay the fee again. She apparently has the
dastardly behavior recorded on videotape.
Her number is 704 869-3271. It sounds like she needs a visit-hopefully she won't need the permit any
longer.
