White is last name,was her parents house and now is in the name of Michelle White.
The state destroyed her discharge pipe and chlorinator box several years ago(2000). Somebody from the state(?)
Raleigh told her to pump her tank twice a year and everything would be fine! She is doing that. DOT would not repair
the lines or remove the bolders that they placed in her yard on the discharge pipe.
Any data in the file on this. She has no septic drain field, no connection to the City I guess it just goes out underground
in the rocks. I'm going next week to look at the system.
Neighbor also has a SFR system that you can not get to because of the trash thrown over the fence near her pipe.That is
another story, but that number is NCG550208, 4413 Knightwood.
Any help would be appreciated.
