The general land use in the vicinity of the site consists of residential housing and agricultural farm land. a 4b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques: Specific attention will be paid to ensure grading is only performed to the extent needed for the proposed project and all grading not required will be avoided.
